The reactor consists of a vessel body, a lid, a jacket, an agitator, a drive assembly, a shaft seal, and supports. For vessels with a high height-to-diameter ratio, multi-stage agitator blades may be used; configurations can also be customized according to user requirements. Heat exchange is achieved via an external jacket, internal heat exchange surfaces, or external circulation. Support options include pedestal-type or lug-type supports. A gear reducer is recommended for rotational speeds exceeding 160 rpm. The number and specifications of nozzles/openings, as well as other requirements, can be designed and manufactured to meet user specifications.
1. Packed seals are typically used for atmospheric or low-pressure conditions (generally below 2 kg/cm²).
2. Mechanical seals are used for medium-pressure or vacuum applications (ranging from negative pressure to 4 kg/cm²).
3. Magnetic seals are used for high-pressure applications or when handling highly volatile media (generally exceeding 14 kg/cm²). With the exception of magnetic seals-which rely on water cooling-other sealing types require an additional cooling water jacket when operating temperatures exceed 120°C.
