ZIBO GYRO INDUSTRY ENGINEERING specializes in the engineering, design, fabrication, installation, modification, maintenance, and technical service of chemical and petrochemical equipment. We provide integrated equipment and engineering solutions for customers in the petrochemical, chemical, fine chemical, coal chemical, energy, and environmental protection industries.

 

Our design company was established in 2016, while our manufacturing operations date back to 2002. The company is located at No. 219, Weisi Road, Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Linzi District, Shandong Province, China, giving us convenient access to one of China's major chemical industry clusters.

 

With years of experience in chemical equipment engineering and manufacturing, GYRO has developed a complete system covering engineering design, equipment fabrication, quality inspection, installation, maintenance, modification, and technical support. Our objective is straightforward: to supply reliable equipment that meets project requirements and to provide practical technical support throughout the equipment lifecycle.

GYRO specializes in the design and manufacture of medium- and high-pressure reaction vessels, reactors, towers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other customized petrochemical equipment.

We currently hold an A2-level Pressure Vessel Design and Manufacturing License issued by the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation.

Our equipment can be designed and fabricated according to applicable project requirements, technical specifications, and national standards. For non-standard equipment, our engineering team works closely with customers to develop practical solutions based on operating conditions, process requirements, material selection, pressure and temperature parameters, equipment dimensions, and site conditions.

In addition to equipment manufacturing, we are qualified to undertake the installation, maintenance, and modification of non-standard petrochemical equipment, allowing us to support customers beyond the fabrication stage.

GYRO has a designed annual production capacity of more than 8,000 tons.

Our production facility, heavy lifting equipment, large-capacity forming equipment, heat treatment facilities, welding equipment, and inspection capabilities allow us to handle a wide range of chemical and petrochemical equipment projects.

For large or customized equipment, production planning is coordinated between the engineering, production, quality, and commercial departments to help maintain control over technical requirements, manufacturing quality, production schedules, and delivery.
