Increased Throughput

If your existing propylene separation tower cannot meet capacity expansion needs, we can re-evaluate the tower diameter, internal loads, and heat transfer capacity based on the new feed rate.

 

Limited On-site Space

Parameters such as tower height, diameter, nozzle locations, platforms, and ladders can be adjusted to suit site conditions, facilitating both new construction projects and retrofits of existing units.

If you already have a complete design, manufacturing can proceed directly according to your drawings.

Alternatively, if you only have data regarding processing capacity, feed composition, temperature, pressure, and product specifications, GYRO's engineering team can first conduct a technical assessment.

We operate a production base covering approximately 30,000 m², including 20,000 m² of workshop space, and utilize over 150 units of manufacturing and processing machinery. Our facilities are equipped with heavy-duty plate rolling, lifting, hydraulic, welding, and heat treatment systems, enabling the fabrication of large-scale, non-standard chemical equipment.

Key capabilities include a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons, a 1,000-ton hydraulic press, and an array of over 80 welding units-including nine automatic submerged arc welding machines-allowing us to meet all forming, welding, and assembly requirements for large-scale equipment manufacturing.

During the manufacturing process of the propylene separation tower, GYRO implements rigorous quality control across key production stages:

Material Inspection → Forming → Welding → Heat Treatment → NDT → Dimensional Inspection → Pressure Testing → Final Inspection

We employ certified pressure vessel welders and possess in-house capabilities for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including RT, UT, MT, and PT.

We can prepare the necessary quality documentation in accordance with your project requirements, inspection plans, and technical specifications.
