Advantages of Industrial Chemical Reactors
Customized Design Based on Process Requirements
GYRO delivers tailor-made designs according to your process parameters, including volume, jacket type, stirring mode, sealing structure, heat exchange area and internal components, so the equipment can perfectly match your production process.
Stable Heat Transfer & Mixing Performance
We select anchor, frame, paddle, propeller or turbine agitators for different materials. Combined with flow guide structures to optimize flow field distribution, the reactors boost heat transfer efficiency and minimize local temperature differences. This ensures stable chemical reactions and consistent product quality.

Adaptable to Various Pressure & Corrosive Working Conditions
For high-pressure, high-temperature and corrosive medium environments, a wide range of materials are available, such as 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, 904L, Hastelloy and titanium. Mechanical seals or magnetic seals can be configured as required by processes.
Reserved Space for Future Upgrades
Spare ports, instrument ports and control ports are pre-reserved on the reactors, facilitating later installation of online detection devices, automatic control systems or auxiliary equipment, and cutting down subsequent modification costs.

FAQ
Q: Can you redesign chemical reactors according to our process parameters?
A: Yes. All reactors are non-standard customized products designed strictly based on customers' actual process conditions, with no fixed standard models.
Q: What's the maximum volume you can fabricate?
A: We are capable of designing and manufacturing large reactors with a volume of 100,000L and above. The exact dimension will be determined by transportation limits and on-site installation conditions.
Q: Are your reactors suitable for corrosive media?
A: Absolutely. We can select construction materials including 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium alloy and more based on medium properties, and deliver targeted anti-corrosion design solutions.
Q: Do you provide full production line solutions?
A: Yes. Apart from standalone reactors, ZIBO GYRO also supplies heat exchangers, towers, storage tanks, piping systems as well as complete EPC engineering services to help clients build full chemical plants.
Q: What is the typical production lead time?
A: The cycle varies depending on equipment size, material grade and manufacturing complexity, generally ranging from 45 to 120 days. For large non-standard equipment, we will provide a detailed project schedule and delivery timeline after technical scheme confirmation.
