Glass Lined Vessel adopts a composite structure consisting of a carbon steel main body and vitreous enamel lining.
The steel substrate delivers sufficient mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity for the equipment, while the inner vitreous enamel layer directly contacts process media to mitigate corrosion of the metal base by corrosive substances.
Custom configurations can be equipped according to specific process demands, including agitation systems, heating/cooling jackets, half-pipe coils, manholes and maintenance openings, feeding, discharging and sampling connections, instrument ports for temperature, pressure and liquid level measurement, vacuum systems, nitrogen blanketing systems, condensation & recovery systems, as well as PLC/DCS control systems.
The vessels are available for standalone procurement. They can also be integrated with reactors, storage tanks, condensers, heat exchangers and piping systems to form a complete process unit.
Product Advantages
Superior Corrosion Resistance of Vitreous Enamel Lining
With a standard lining thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm, the vitreous enamel layer offers outstanding resistance to various acidic media, organic solvents and corrosive materials.
Smooth Inner Wall to Minimize Material Residues
Glass lined vessels feature ultra-smooth inner surfaces with low material adhesion. For pharmaceutical intermediate, fine chemical and batch production processes, this property cuts material residues, lowers risks of cross-contamination and simplifies equipment cleaning procedures.
20kV High-Voltage Spark Testing
All finished glass lined equipment undergoes 20kV high-voltage spark inspection to detect pinholes, cracks and other service-impairing defects, eliminating costly on-site disassembly and rework.
Compatible with Vacuum and Pressurized Working Conditions
Customized by equipment dimension, structure and design requirements, glass lined vessels are applicable under vacuum, atmospheric and pressurized operating environments.
Custom Non-Standard Nozzle Design
For existing plant revamping projects, nozzle orientation and dimensions can be tailor-made to match existing pipeline layouts, equipment foundations and on-site space constraints.
Design Parameter Scope
Design Temperature: -20℃ ~ 200℃
Design Pressure: -0.1MPa ~ 1.6MPa
Volume Capacity: 100L ~ 30,000L
Exact technical parameters shall be confirmed based on equipment structure, process media and specific project design criteria.

Preliminary feedback for general technical issues will be provided within 24 hours. For complex issues, our engineering technicians will conduct in-depth analysis and propose corresponding solutions.
Quality Defect Resolution
If defects caused by manufacturing or assembly quality occur during the warranty period, we will carry out root cause analysis based on quality inspection records and on-site conditions.
For large-scale projects, we offer technical support including equipment installation guidance, agitator system commissioning, pipeline nozzle verification and trial operation assistance.
Long-term Spare Parts Supply
We supply commonly used spare parts such as mechanical seals, agitators, reducers, motors and instruments, and provide ongoing services for later equipment maintenance, modification and capacity expansion.
Why Choose Us?

ZIBO GYRO was founded in 2002, with our dedicated design institute established in 2016. We maintain in-house design teams, independent production workshops and professional manufacturing machinery, enabling full in-house control over the entire equipment lifecycle from design through fabrication.
Customers may purchase individual Glass Lined Vessels, or entrust us with complete process system delivery. For EPC projects, we centrally coordinate equipment design, fabrication, installation and technical services, cutting your communication overhead with multiple separate suppliers.
Our workforce includes 68 production operators, 15 professional engineers, 14 certified welders and 4 qualified non-destructive testing specialists, fully equipped to meet fabrication and strict quality control standards for pressure vessels and custom non-standard chemical equipment.
Once you provide details including process media, working volume, design pressure, design temperature or drawings of existing equipment, our engineering team will assist in verifying equipment structure, nozzle layout and matching auxiliary system solutions.
FAQ
Q: If the on-site space is limited, can glass lined vessels be transported in separate sections for on-site assembly?
A: For oversized or large-scale equipment, we will evaluate transportation restrictions and on-site hoisting capacity during the design phase. Partial vessels can be manufactured in modular or segmented structures and assembled on-site. The specific solution shall be confirmed based on equipment structure, transport dimensions and actual site conditions.
Q: How to confirm whether Glass Lined Vessels are compatible with the existing process?
A: Please provide the name of process medium, main chemical composition, concentration, operating temperature, pressure, solid content and agitation requirements. Our engineers will assess the compatibility of vitreous enamel lining against your actual working conditions. We will honestly inform customers if certain media or working environments are incompatible, instead of pushing sales with inappropriate recommendations.
Q: Is lining condition assessment available for equipment that has been in service for years?
A: Yes. For long-running vessels, we conduct lining condition assessment based on operation records, external visual inspection and on-site testing. If local lining damage is detected, we will further judge whether partial repair, component replacement or equipment upgrading is required, so as to avoid unnecessary full vessel replacement.
Q: Can you produce replacement equipment matching our existing old vessels?
A: Yes. You may provide data including nameplate parameters, equipment drawings, on-site photos or measured dimensions of your old equipment for us to design matching replacement units. For projects where original pipelines and foundations remain usable, we will retain the original nozzle positions as much as possible to cut construction work and production downtime during revamping.
Q: What if the production process changes after equipment delivery?
A: If production capacity expansion, medium replacement or adjustment of process parameters is needed in later stages, a technical re-evaluation is strongly recommended before continuous operation. Based on original equipment documents and updated process requirements, we will verify whether the agitation, heat exchange, pressure resistance and enamel lining still meet operating standards, and offer professional modification or upgrading proposals.
